The AX-39 fills the gap between entry-level and performance Astrox models, offering medium flex and improved frame specification for players who had moved past the basics and wanted more feedback from their smashes. Taiwan-manufactured, it targeted the developing player committed to the Astrox power philosophy who wasn't yet ready for NAMD pricing.

The AX-39 retains the Astrox Rotational Generator System while delivering a frame construction that provides more audible and tactile feedback on off-centre hits than the entry-level AX-22F. This increased feedback is valuable for intermediate players learning to identify and improve their smash contact point — you feel the difference between good and poor shots.
