Malaysia's greatest badminton player and Lin Dan's eternal rival. Lee Chong Wei held the world #1 ranking for a combined 349 weeks — the longest in men's singles history. His career was cut short by nose cancer in 2019, but his legacy as the most beloved player in Malaysian sporting history is secure.
